[Typo3] Strange numbering of manual OO-document

Hi list

I recently published a plugin which inserts a small FAQ in a page, I have written a small documentation for it and I (at least I don't know any better) followed the guidelines for writing the manual in Openoffice.
Now after upload my documentation is all screwed up, see here:

http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/cfabwww_minifaq/

I changed the OO-document and uploaded it, but still no luck...

anyone any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
