[Typo3] RTE does not work

Hi,

I think the RTE is one of the big problem areas for Typo3. The default one
only works in IE and the others are either experimental or beta.

The RTE part of the extension repository can be a bit confusing - lots
of obsolete extensions and assorted stuff in there. Stanislas Roland's
port of htmlarea [1] (extension key: rtehtmlarea) is probably the best
RTE currently available for Typo3.
