[Typo3] Why does TYPO3 kick out backend users?

Hi,

I'm using typo3 3.6.2, winxp sp2 and IE6 and TYPO3 always kicks me out from
the backend after a few minutes, whether I've made any changes doesn't
matter. After a few minutes when I click any link I get the "sorry no user
logged on, cannot proceed then".

It happens _only_ on one of my new computers with the above config. I have
tried to allow all cookies but it doesn't help.
