[Typo3] Project Manager

I have a problem with some of Ext Manager that I installed, and hope 
that U helps me:
I install the "Project Manager" but when I try to open this page the 
typo3 not generated and retrieve an html code:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<HTML><HEAD>
<META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; 
charset=windows-1251"></HEAD>
<BODY></BODY></HTML>

When I try to generate it with quick start package - all is ok, but with 
Blank Dummy - not :)
Where is my problem?
