[Typo3] banner ad caching

I have a problem with the ads I have on my site being cached.  We get paid
per 1000 impressions, and the number of impressions the company that
provides our ads says we have is two or three times less than my records.
the ad is javascript code that i include by bring it in from a file using
typoscript.  The file include operation is contained in a COA_INT so
shouldn't be cached but... any ideas.  Thanks for the help
