[Typo3] extension maker newbie

michael,
i think that extensions only get displayed if the major or minor number is 
raised by. so an extension with version 0.0.44 isn't listed, whereas a 
extension with 0.1.0 will be listed (and any other extension x.y.z  that has 
x or y raised).

the manual should be placed in your extension's subfolder doc/manual.sxw. 
then upload it to TER. if the manual or the extension together with the 
manual exceeds 100kb, you will have to upload the manual usinf the 
doc-review section of your extension. simply upload it, merge it with the 
extension and you're done. in this case, an empty manual.sxw has to be 
uploaded along with your extension.
