[Typo3] ImageMagick 5+ with typo3 (bugfix)

Typo3 never worked reliably with ImageMagick versions 5+. That was half a 
result of the changes in ImageMagick from version 4 to 5 and half a result of 
the buggy hack that should address those changes in typo3.

As you will know, the "combine" test in the install tool never worked, as did 
nothing that called the typo3's combineExec functions directly. That was due 
to the fact that the mask inversion was done anywhere but in this function, 
the very place it actually belongs.

However, I spent a day investigating the problem and tested every available 
major version (4.2.9, 5.2.6, 5.3.9, 5.4.9, 5.5.7 and 6.0.6) to narrow down 
the source of the problem, and I finally succeded!

The work around would be quite simple, since the origin of the problem is as 
simple: As of version 5 the source-file and the overlay-file argument traded 
places.

Please give it a try and let me know if it works with your version of 
ImageMagick.
