[Typo3] ImageMagick with safemode

Hi Hi,
yesterday I posted a little confusing message but I still could not get
IM with safemode to work.

safe_mode = 1
safe_mode_exec_dir = /usr/opt/csw/bin/
Typo3 3.7, PHP5, Solaris 9 (Unix)

The install tool can't find Imagemagick. Typo3 is searching
automatically in the correct dir.

All needed IM files are in the exec_dir, so I don't need any symlinks,
right?
I checked the files by using them with the shell, they are ok.
The permission of the files are read and execute.

The documentation says once Imagemagick is in the exec_dir it should
work, I don't know what else I should do.
