[Typo3] Real Url with multiple root pages

Hi all,

How can I setup real url so that I could use it with my site which has
multiple root pages. It seems that when the pages have same names (ex.
Frontpage or season) the links are going to the wrong place.

I have pages setup like this:

Root (rootpage 1)
|
-- Team 1 (rootpage 2)
|
-- Team 2 (rootpage 3)
|
-- Team 3 (rootpage 4)
|
-- Team 4 (rootpage 5)

Everytime I click to rootpages from 2 to 5 the link takes me back to
rootpage 1.

Second problem is that any of these Team pages has the same name, it takes
me to the first one. Shouldn't the link look like this:

www.domain.com/Team-1/season-2005 not www.domain.com/season-2005
