[Typo3] integrate static html pages

Hello all,

I'm trying to convert my website from Mambo to Typo3.
A part of my consists of static html pages that are generated from a 
Docbook document.
In Mambo, I used the Static module to integrate these pages into the 
site (mainly link rewriting).
Typo3 must be capable of doing something similar, however I have not 
been able to find out how. Could somebody put me on the right track?
