[Typo3] server requirements for multiple sites

Hello,

I would like to know how many TYPO3 sites I can host on the following server:

Dual 2.8GHz Xeon, 2GB RAM, 2 x 73GB SCSI HD Hardware RAID 1

The goal is about 100 lightly loaded sites using a setup typical of
most shared hosting companies (cpanel). I would like 1-2 seconds
response time for a typical page.

Would increasing RAM help?
