[Typo3] How to setup "recently updated" item

Hi all,

I ran through the old messages for some good setup, but I wasn't succesful -
I did find some, buut they didn't help me. What I was looking for is a
recently updated pages that would:

- Set the limit to max. of 5 items
- Put the date when it was changed after it
- put wrap it with <br> tags instead of <p> tags (might not be necessary)

Hope someone can help!
