[Typo3] LDAP and typo3 newbie questions

Hi,

I am a complete Typo3 newbie, but I'd like to try to use LDAP 
authentification using my Active Directory domain to authenticate my users.
I installed the latest cc_sv_auth, ldap_auth, ldap_lib, ldap_server on a 
fresh typo3 3.8 install.
I want to configure the connection to my LDAP server, I followed the doc 
for ldap_server but I don't understand how I go to the screen shown here

  I can't find this form anywhere on my server. I must have missed 
something but what ?
