[Typo3] tt_news css settings

hi list,

has anybody any experience with the css-manipulation of the tt_news?
I want to change the link-layout but I don't know how to insert i.e. an ATagParams in the script. It wont work if I insert it directly under the plugin, like this:


plugin.tt_news {

displaySingle.imageWrapIfAny =
templateFile = fileadmin/news/news.tmpl

ATagParams = class="news"

}

do I maybe have to specify the marks (###link_item###) in some way?
