First of all you should try to understand:
typo3.org/documentation/articles/minute-website/
                                       ^^^^^
The name is neither "tutorial" nor "howto" it's just an article containing a
small recipe for something called a "minute website".
It's more like a gag, something funny, something to show, that you can do
things very easily with TYPO3 - but it was never intended to be taken as a
manual.

In fact, there is no way to create a working website in just a few minutes
even with TYPO3

1.) You need Content, Content, Content which might take you some weeks to
finish
2.) You need to create the HTML Template(s)
3.) You need to setup the whole system
4.) now comes the part, where "minute website" starts
5.) You have to understand how TS and other things work which will take you
at least a few months.

And BTW:
If you are a beginner with TYPO3, simply forget all the fancy "Futuristic
Template Building", "Modern Template Building" and TemplaVoila stuff because
it won't help you. It's like putting someone who never drove a car into a
formula 1 racer and tell him: "Learn driving now!"
Instead take some basic HTML-Templates (and this is something TYPO3 can't
create for you) - fill in some subparts and markers as shown in the
GoLive-Tutorial, read TypoScript by example and TSref (and I really mean:
read the TSref like a real book - you might remember things later) and after
that you might know how to work with TYPO3.

You won't need a Phd in computer science but you might need a lot more
skills than you might have expected.
So if you haven't got a few weeks to learn at least the basics, you won't
get your TYPO3 based website up and running.
This is why there are people like me, who earn their money as a TYPO3 coach.
If you don't have the time, you might have the money ...
