[Typo3] How to link front end users with backend users in 3.8?

Hello,

In Typo 3.7, I had users and usergroups setup in the backend. I would
also setup those same users as frontend users so they could modify pages
using the front end. There was an option under the frontend user
settings that was a dropdown option titled:  	Related Backend User

But, in 3.8, I noticed that option isn't available.

In Typo 3.8, how do you tie frontend users to the matching backend user?
