[Typo3] dmail: short/cut off url when fetching content

When I try to fetch content from a page in dmail I get the following:

PLAIN: http://www.mywebsitindex.php?id=256&type=99
HTML: http://www.mywebsitindex.php?id=256

This operation may take a while. Therefore be patient.

As you can see the URLs are shortend, it should be: http://www.mywebsite.com/index.php?id=256&type=99

I have searched the archives, but i cannot find a solution all though the problem is described by others.

Can anyone help?
