[Typo3] tt_news 2.2.9 - issues wrapping the category selector

Well, that didn't seem to do anything for me :P but thanks for the
suggestion. Seems like this 'dirty' one is the only way for now :)

I'm beginning to like tt_news even more than before, i've managed to
make everything on one single page.
plugin.tt_news.amenuWithCatSelector=1 and and
plugin.tt_news.latestWithCatSelector=1 where just what i needed to
make the finishing touch :P
