[Typo3] coverImage.file.width not working?

I haven't checked your code, but where do you put the: "coverImage.file.width"

if you put it in the setup.txt in the static folder, have you
remembered to add the your code bits in:
Include static (from extensions)?

(just asking beacuse I forgot in the beginning)
