[Typo3] Strange numbering of manual OO-document

Hi Rainer,

I have the save problem since I started to update my documents with OpenOffice 2 Beta. There is no other Heading 1 in the document, other than the title of the document, as per the template document. But typo3.org seems to add a level to the table of contents.

Would this be an OpenOffice or a typo3.org problem?
