[Typo3] Mailform message encoding

Hi all. When I use the mailform I installed yesterday messages sent with 
it have Croatian characters all messed up. I need to have the whole 
thing to be properly recognized as cp1250 encoded text. What should be 
done? force charset is already on cp1250. Thanks all! You folks really rock!
