[Typo3] Workflow and Todo

I noticed an update to sys_workflow and sys_todo was published a couple 
days ago so I decided to try it out.

When clicking on the Tasks module in the Task Center, I get no output at 
all.  All of the other Task Center modules work as expected and I've 
tried it on a couple different installs of 3.8 with the same results 
everywhere.

Has anyone else seen these issues or is it possibly something specific 
to my configuration?
