[Typo3] remove "Powered by typo3" notice - how?

Hi!

There was discussion about it. Strictly speaking, noone can prevent
anyone from removing this text but ethically this is bad. I had to make
it to save trafic (we have over 5Gb/day) but still feel very
uncomfortable with this decision...
