[Typo3] Vbulliten integration

I heard there was a vbulliten integration extension for Typo3 but when I 
check the repository I only find this:

http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/search/vbulletin_auth/

But is that all there is to it?  Just user features?  No thread RSS 
integration, etc?  For example, if I was to post an article, at the same 
time a thread in a specific forum would be made.  Much like what 
Sitepoint does with its articles, when one is posted, a forum thread is 
made.  Comments that appear onthe forum appear on the site aswell.
