[Typo3] Restricting Insert Record Opening Location

Hi

I want to restrict the default location that open when editors select 
insert record.  At the moment the default is the entire site but I want 
to restrict all insert record selections to a particular page (and those 
pages underneath it).  Can someone provide some pointers.
