[Typo3] error message whilst exporting template

Hello,

Using typo 3.8 on freebsd.

I'm working through the 'Modern Template Building' tutorials.

When I export the template to td3 (backup because of the time sunk into
it) I get the following error message,

Filename: fileadmin/template/main/ File does not exist!
MISSING FILE: b682adcb2a83d11b78f44e4a50c9ea71

and

Filename: fileadmin/template/sub/ File does not exist!
MISSING FILE: 7516c09998f098bdb53432a1d406dd12

I haven't got the templates working properly yet, so I want to find out
if the errors might have any bearing on the problems that I'm having.

Or perhaps this is more of a notification message.

Both of these directories exist and with appropriate permissions.

The template is broken down as into components,

+ext: Auto-parser plugin
+ext: Menu 1
+ext: CA Template cObject
+ext: Main TEMPLATE cObject

and I've been using the setup script as posted by Boris Senker.
