[Typo3] Kickstarter don't work

I installed the Extension Repository Kickstarter (extrep_wizard) but I have 
this error in General information: (in typo3 - vers. 3.7 and ver. 3.8)
No XCLASS filename-key found in file 
"pi/class.tx_extrepwizard_compilefiles.php". Maybe a regex coding error 
here...

Obviously I haven't the menu item  "make new extension"

Can you help me?
