[Typo3] Cache problem

Im building a community with a lot of dynamic content, almost everything
actually.
And Im having a problem with some of my extensions and cache.

Im using xml to read data and it needs to never be cached... but for some
reason
it stills cache the xml page...

Im using:
$GLOBALS["TSFE"]->set_no_cache(); in my extension...
+
I have also made it a USER_INT in extension kickstarter...

But the page is still cached.... !!!!
What else can I do to make it not cache the page???????
Maybe delete the cacherow in the database?
