[Typo3] tip a friend

Hello!

My tip_a_friend extension is configured like this:

40 = TEXT
40.field= uid
stdWrap {
wrap = &nbsp;<a 
href="index.php?id=tipafriend&tipUrl=http://www.mydomain.com/index.php?id=|">Send 
this site to a friend<img src="fileadmin/template/new/images/thumbup.jpg" 
border=0 ></a>

So it always sends links in form 
http://www.mydomain.com/index.php?id=somenumber

But what if I would like to send someone link to news in tt_news which is 
not so simple. How can I do this with this ext? Is it possible to get by 
typoscript total URL of actual page. I could use it then in my link...
