[Typo3] TV and nuke-like blocks

Hello there,

I was wondering how I do the following:
I would like to have some blocks like php nuke on my site. It's not a  
problem to make a DS and TO in TV and map it, but how would I put content  
on it from the page module?? Will a new column show up or what?
As you can tell I haven't tried it yet, I was just wondering if anyone  
could give me some insights before I start.
