[Typo3] Can one install Typo3 on a shared server with an FTP program?

go into the install tool, at www.yourdomain.com/typo3/typo3/install/, it  
will tell you which dirs need to be writable. Then use your favorite FTP  
app and change the file permissions to write for everyone (777) [note:  
maybe there is another way without making it writable for everyone, if so,  
let me know :)]. That should do it...
