[Typo3] TV 0.4.0 problem: css styled content not working with 2nd template object

Hey all,

I have a site that uses two slightly different templates, so I have two  
template objects. In the template record I use css
styled content and imgtext, and it works on the first TO, but not on the  
second. No 'csc-*' classes are added.

Example: http://www.lifeimpactokc.org/ (working)
http://www.lifeimpactokc.org/registration/registration-information/ (not  
working)

Any ideas?
