[Typo3] link broken in sr_feuser_register

Hello   folks,
I´m using sr_feuser_register and in some confirmation emails the link appear 
broken and if the user click it, it does´t complete the registration.
I´ve searched in documentation the solution but it looks me too complicated 
and incomplete.
Does anyone know how I can resolve it? It means, reduce the URL lenght.
