[Typo3] rte_mswordclean - activate via button

Hi Sacha				

I have removed the default RTE, but HTMLAREA doesn´t show up in text content element and other text fields. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall HTMLAREA, but it changes noting...

Is there somewhere I need to activate HTML-area (make it default)?
