[Typo3] Backend Usability

For most fo the clients we are using the page view only.
Except those clients that have to insert records that are not availabl in
the page view.
There we are working with the list view too.
We remove any column that is not used for the output and disable all the
fields the editor is not allowed to use or simply doesn't need.

Most of our clients don't find it more complex than writing an email and
attaching a file to it.
With one or two hours of introduction most people have been able to use it
without further problems.
