[Typo3] Import Extension : Parse Error

> Try to import another new extension, the same problem appears again.
I've got the same problem on my site. Every time I install a new ext. I 
get parse errors from PHP files in typo3conf dir. All I have to do is 
download these files, fix the errors and upload them back. I really 
don't know why this is happening. The server is Win IIS.
