[Typo3] cm_jstickernews stopped showing newsheadlines

Really hard to give you a diagnosis, but "suddenly stopped" sounds like 
a change in the BE ;-) Please provide more detail.

Anyway, I had a small talk with Rupi on the last snowboard tour about 
integrating the ticker in some way into tt_news, which will solve most 
problems with this particular extension combo. That's not forgotten, I 
simply don't have the time to do so at the moment.
