[Typo3] rtehtmlarea doesn't load

Hi,
same to me on windows with Firefox 1.0 and Mozilla 1.7.3.
I just figured out that this error only occurs when i use a 
https-connection. With a simple http-connection it works in both 
browsers. (rtehtmlarea 0.4.31)
All the other tips in this thread didn´t work for me.
