[Typo3] Workflow

	From all that I've read on the workflow, everything starts from an assigned task, 'To-Do'.  We envisioned using the workflow simply as a 'review' step, before a page is posted live.  In this case, the starting point would be a user creating a page on their own initiative.

Does the current workflow implementation allow for this?  [Author (owner)] -> [Reviewer (Publisher)].  A user creating a page causes a review task to be created, someone on the review team accepts it and finalizes the page?
