[Typo3] Difference by accessibiliy rights

The settings in the bottom of a page in the Edit page header view are for setting
the access rights of a FE User (if he can view the page)

creating BE usergroups, giving them a DB mount, and access to the sites is something
different. This is for editing the content from the FE

FE Users aren't supposed to be editors .... There are some extensions which allow
a FE User to edit content ... but in every case they are mapped to some "normal"
BE User or (I heard that) a "virtual" BE users is created for editing ...
