[Typo3] Advanced Survey - Survey Results button gives error

Hi,

Advanced Survey (ms_survey), a great tool (even though alpha) has a button  
"Survey Result", apparently to produce a csv file with the survey data.  
However, I get an internal server error and a 404 error.

I can retrieve survey data directly from the mysql database, but this  
isn't the idea I suppose. Anyone had similar problems?

Thanks for any hint (sorry, I'm a bloody typo3 novice),
I use 3.6.2.
