[Typo3] chc_forum no first post

I went browsing through the database and saw that when posting a new thread 
it does not link the post record in tx_chcforum_post to the thread record in 
in tx_chcforum_thread via the thread_id column.  This works ok however when 
posting a reply to the thread.
