[Typo3] cant save in TypoScript Object Browser

Hi list
I am unable to save changes in the TypoScript Object Browser. I have another website running with the same provider and Typo 3.6.2 and it works there. However, I do not see any difference to the one it does not work. Did I miss to tick somewhere a box in the install tool? Help is much appreciated!
