I dunno. It didn't seem the survey as such was tied to email
addresses. But perhaps I'm wrong.

Then again, many surveys are tied to an id for reply registration only
(so researchers can nag those who haven't replied to the survey) but
are not used more than that. The survey itself is anonymous.
