[Typo3] User not able to add content to "Left"

Hello,

I'm running Typo 3.7 on Redhat 3.0 AS server.

I've got a Left content area setup. But, when users try to add content
to Left, it ends up in Normal. As an admin, I'm able to do it just fine.
So, I know it's got to be a setting somewhere.

What am I missing?
