[Typo3] simple search form

Hi list,
I'm trying to get the same  as in "login search box" in typo3.org site
with the difference I use simple search, not indexed.

In the page source I saw this line:

<td><input type="text" name="tx_indexedsearch[sword]" value=""
class="inputfields" style="width:125px;" title="Enter a search
word"></td>

Where type="text" name="tx_indexedsearch[sword]" bring the sword in
indexing search module. What I can use there with simple search
module?
Is it enought to make it works?
