[Typo3] Rtehtmlarea problem - unable to insert links

Hello,

I'm running typo 3.7 on a redhat 3.0 AS server. I've got the htmlArea
RTE (rtehtmlarea) extension installed. For some reason, when I click on
the button to add a hyperlink, I get a blank pop up that shows up.
Inserting pictures works fine with it's popup. But for some reason, the
hyperlink one comes up with a blank/ empty window.

Any ideas why that might be happening?
