[Typo3] easy add the all images in a directory with the filebrowser

Hi Kraft				
Does someone know anything about how to add things to the element browser? I only need to add some JavaScript code. That should be sufficient to make this working. No other changes are required as far as I see.  If someone knows how to do this I can create a extension for this.
