[Typo3] safe_mode on or off

Hi Michael,

No safe_mode_exec_dir is not set. I copied the output from phpinfo to a

Can I have a look at your phpinfo()? Is safe_mode_exec_dir set?

If so, then we should check if safe_mode is set automatically whenever
safe_mode_exec_dir is defined.
