[Typo3] activating https_enforces

I've been trying to activate this https_enforcer extension but when I do 
get to the section where it says to find  something similar to:
outPage = PAGE
outPage.typeNum = 0
outPage.10 < plugin.tx_httpsenforcer_pi1
outPage.20 < temp.mainTemplate
I can't find anything like that in my standard Template.
In my TypoScriptObject Browser I can see these next lines.

I think it is installed properly but it has to be included in to page 
element, but I can't find it. I'm using TYPO 3.7.0. any help or pointers 
would be highly appreciated.
